We're introducing a new type of mountain bike drivetrain called the Supre Drive. This drivetrain solves the problem of derailleurs breaking. It’s reliable like a gearbox, but it doesn’t have the drag and weight disadvantages of gearboxes. No other mountain bike drivetrain achieves this: the reliability of a gearbox combined with the efficiency and low weight of a derailleur drivetrain. The Supre Drive has been in development since March of 2019, and the technology is now proven on several prototype bikes. The invention was publicly revealed in November of 2021, and it has since won the Pinkbike 2021 Innovation Of The Year award. Lal is currently collaborating with several bike companies for their development of frames equipped with the Supre Drive. We manufacture our derailleur, chain tensioner, and idler pulley in Canada. The drivetrain technology is patented in Canada and patent pending internationally. In April of 2022, our company moved to the Sunshine Coast in BC.
